ONCAMPUS RESEARCH STUDENT PANEL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
No purchase necessary to enter or win. Void where prohibited.
Registering for this panel constitutes your acceptance of these official rules.

  1. Registration Requirements: In order to receive invitations to participate in Panel surveys you must first register as a member of the Panel by providing accurate, complete, and updated registration information as required by the entry form located on the web site: www.winoncampus.com.

To ensure the integrity of the Panel, you may not (i) activate or use more than one member profile account; (ii) use a name subject to rights of another person without authorization from that person; (iii) use a false or misleading name, address, or e-mail address to activate or use an account; or (iv) provide any false or misleading information. If we have reason to believe that you have violated any of these provisions, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to use of and/or participation in the Panel.

You are responsible for all usage or activity on your account, including use of the account by any third party (which is prohibited), whether or not such use is authorized by you or is the result of you authorizing a third party to use your username and password.

To become a member of the Panel, you must be: (i) a full-time or part-time college student attending an undergraduate institute located in the United States or Canada in pursuit of a bachelor’s or similar degree, (ii) be a legal resident of the United States, including the District of Columbia, or Canada, and (iii) and be above the age of majority in the jurisdiction where you reside at the time of entry. You must also have access to the Internet, a valid e-mail address, and a valid student identification card. Employees and representatives of National Association of College Stores, its parent, affiliate companies, members, agents, and their immediate family members (defined as spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and persons living in the same household, are not eligible to participate or win. OnCampus Research reserves the right to verify eligibility.

At any time, you may update your e-mail address and/or other registration information by visiting the My Profile section of the web site (www.winoncampus.com) and entering the information requested. You may also terminate your participation at any time by sending an e-mail with the subject line “remove me” to info@oncampusresearch.org.

  2. Panel Participation: As a member of the Panel, you must be willing to participate in at least one survey per half (6 months). Your participation is completely voluntary, and there is no obligation for you to participate in every survey we conduct. However, we reserve the right to terminate your account if you do not complete a survey for more than 6 consecutive months.

Members of the Panel are typically invited to participate in anywhere from 1 to 5 surveys per month, although we do not guarantee any minimum number of surveys and you acknowledge and agree that we are under no obligation to provide you with a particular number of opportunities to participate in surveys.

  3. Survey Prizes: After a member of the Panel completes a survey, their name will be entered once into a random drawing to win a survey prize. The number of survey prizes available for each survey may vary and will be announced prior to each survey.

Examples of potential survey prizes include, but are not limited to, a check made payable to the registered name of the member selected as a winner in the random drawing, a retailer gift card, or a donation to a charitable organization made on behalf of the member selected as a winner in the random drawing.

Any survey prize that requires delivery to the winner (e.g., check, retailer gift card) will be sent to the main college bookstore on the campus the winner is currently attending. The winner is required to pick up the survey prize from that college bookstore. Specific circumstances that require a survey prize to be delivered to a location other than the main college bookstore on the campus the winner is currently attending will be taken into consideration, however OnCampus Research reserves the right to deny a request to deliver a survey prize elsewhere.

Rules governing the method for awarding survey prizes when a member participates in special promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions of the particular promotion, as specified in the terms and conditions for any such promotion.

OnCampus Research encourages college bookstore staff to take a picture of winners when they arrive to claim the survey prize. Upon the event that you are selected as a winner, registering for this Panel constitutes your agreement for the college bookstore staff to take your picture and for your image along with your first name and the name of the college/university you attended at the time the survey prize was awarded to be used in OnCampus Research and/or National Association of College Stores publications and/or web sites.

  4. General: You agree not to abuse the Panel by conduct which is detrimental to our interests. You may not: (a) activate or use more than one account; (b) present false or misleading information to us; (c) assist another individual or entity in conducting fraudulent, abusive, manipulative or illegal activity. Any member suspected of engaging in any fraudulent, abusive, manipulative or illegal activity may have their account terminated, and the member may be referred to appropriate law enforcement agencies if such action is deemed warranted.

These terms are governed by the State of Ohio and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Ohio courts in respect of any disputes that may arise in connection herewith.

A waiver by us of any breach by you of any of the provisions of these Terms or our acquiescence to any act (whether by commission or omission) which but for such acquiescence would be a breach as aforesaid shall not constitute a general waiver such provision or of any subsequent act contrary thereto.
